Lee & Paul's Tandem Ride Challenge

Team captain: Lee Rolfe

About

I am a member of Deafblind UK and Paul is one of my carers. I attend the Chelmsford social group and wanted to do some fundraising for the group to raise awareness of the support that I and many others receive from Deafblind UK. We have chosen to do a tandem ride because it illustrates how I can do things that others can do when I have the support of people like Paul. We will complete 50 laps of the 400m track at the Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre, Melbourne Park to raise some extra funds for the group to help pay for activities and events.

Deafblind UK social groups are a lifeline for people like me who have a dual sensory loss, helping to build confidence and friendships as well as reducing isolation.
